At Avi employee recognition is important and we have an extensive Employee of the Month and Supervisor of the Quarter program. Our Employee of the Year and Supervisor of the Year each receive an all expense paid week in Hawaii, including paid time off and spending money!

The Avi Resort & Casino encourages employees to grow within the organization. Employees may transfer from one department to another after successfully completing six month's of full time employment in their present department.  Employees must meet the qualifications for the open position.
